The present writ petition has been filed seeking appropriate directions to respondent to revalidate the building plan no.4 dated 6th January, 1955 sanctioned vide resolution dated 28th February, 1959 issued by the Notified Area Committee, Delhi, or alternatively, not to obstruct the renovation/structural strengthening by the petitioner of the property being New India Industrial Corporation Limited, proprietary of the Narbada Cold Storage & Ice Factory, Old Subzi Mandi, Delhi-110007, which is in a dilapidated condition since 1960. 2.
