ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd Respondent in not passing orders in the Appeal filed by the petitioner vide C.NO.67/2022/SA-A (ROR Appeal No.01/2010) inspite of lapse of more than 2 years as illegal, arbitrary and violative of ROR Act and Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the Appeal filed by me vide C.No.67/2022/SA-A (ROR Appeal No.01/2020) at the earliest and pass such other order or orders….”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will be suffice if a direction is given to respondent authorities, more particularly, 3rd respondent herein to consider and dispose of the ROR Appeal filed by the petitioner vide C.No.37/2022/SA-A (ROR Appeal No.01/2010) seeking to take necessary action against the unofficial respondents regarding the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.22.70 cents situated at Ravanapalli Village, Koyyuru Mandal, Alluri Sitharamaraju District inspite of lapse of more than two years.
4. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner vide C.No.37/2022/SA-A (ROR Appeal No.01/2010) would be considered by the respondent authorities, in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents, in view of the
facts and circumstances of the case, without touching merits of the case, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the respondent authorities, more particularly, 3rd respondent herein to consider and dispose of the Appeal filed by the petitioner vide C.No.37/2022/SA-A (ROR Appeal No.01/2010) and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to both the parties, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
