Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:104078 Court No. - 82 Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION DEFECTIVE No. - 1666 of 2023 Revisionist :- Smt. Poonam Devi Opposite Party :- State of U.P. and Another Counsel for Revisionist :- Santosh Kukmar Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party :- Ashok Kumar Singh,G.A. Hon'ble Sameer Jain,J. Order on Criminal Misc. Delay Condonation Application 1. Case called out in revised list. None present on behalf of the revisionist. However, Sri Santosh Nigam, learned AGA for the State and Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 are present. 2. The instant revision is beyond time by 103 days. However, in the affidavit filed in support of the instant delay condonation application, revisionist took the ground of his illness but alongwith the affidavit, he did not file any medical report to substantiate his averment, therefore, averment made in para two of the affidavit appears to be vague. 3. Further, the instant revision filed by the revisionist is pending since the year 2023 but today none is present to even press the instant delay condonation application. 4. Accordingly, the instant delay condonation application filed by the revisionist stands dismissed. Order on Criminal Revision As delay condonation application filed by the revisionist has already been dismissed, therefore, instant revision also stands dismissed as time barred.
