Heard Sri Himanshu Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners, Sri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and Sri Saral Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 4. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners who preferred this application for seeking police protection, since respondent no. 4 being father of petitioner no. 1 is creating some problem as mentioned through the application preferred at the behest of petitioners before the concerned police authorities. 5. Petitioner no. 1 is present before this Court who has specifically submitted that although she has been accompanied along with her father to this Court, but at the same time, she is willing and ready to lead peaceful married life being wife of petitioner no. 2. 6. Sri Saral Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 submitted that before coming to this Court, although petitioner no. 1 was not ready to lead her life as married couple, especially being wife of petitioner no. 2, is contrary to the statement recorded by petitioner no. 1 herself today in the Court. 7. Considering the security of married couple, it would be necessary to direct the Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate Prayagraj to ensure safety of Smt. Priyanka W/o Bhola (petitioner no.1) up to the destination i.e. Village-Pura Nariya, Barha, Bah, Police Station-Basoni, District-Agra. 8. Custody of petitioner no. 1-Smt. Priyanka is hereby handed over to Sub-Inspector Sri Lal Bahadur, who will ensure police protection in shape of one lady constable and one Sub-Inspector to petitioner no. 1 up to the destination as mentioned above situated at Agra and the transportation shall be ensured by Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate Prayagraj, within six hours. 9. Registrar (Compliance) is hereby directed to ensure service of this order upon Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate Prayagraj forthwith for compliance of the direction as made above. 10. Copy of this order be provided to Sri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State for follow up the compliance. 11.
