JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: a. Wherefore it is most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of Constitution of India and direct the respondent Police Inspector Town Police Station Hubballi to conduct investigation in the presence of the Advocate of the petitioner and not to harass the petitioner by using third degree method and not to detain in illegal custody and to release the petitioner forthwith. b. And other reliefs as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court. 2. The prayer of the petitioner is that the police should conduct investigation in the presence of the advocate. 3.
