JUSTICE MANASH RANJAN PATHAK ORDER 18.03.2025 Heard Mr. Pragyan Khataniar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S Borthakur, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. B Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2. Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners, namely, (i) Sri Anit Daulagupu; (ii) Sri Sunit Dibragede; (iii) Smti. Amika Daulagupu; (iv) Sri Rohit Hagjer; (v) Sri Himen Kemprai; (vi) Sri Rajib Langthasa; (vii) Sri Premjit Hasnu; (viii) Sri Ronesh Langthasa and (ix) Sri Mononjoy Thaosen have filed this application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, praying for his pre-arrest bail in Langting Police Station Case No. 01/2025 registered under Sections 61(2)(a)/ 49/308(2)/224/223(b)/221/192/191(3)/191(2)/189(2)/132/115(2) BNS, 2023. 3. By order dated 14.02.2025, the Court granted interim pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, named above, in said Langting P.S. Case No. 01/2025 and they appeared before the concerned Investigating Officer of the case and their statements have also been recorded. 4. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B Sharma, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case has submitted Charge-Sheet in said Langting P.S. Case No. 01/2025 vide Charge Sheet No. 4/2025 dated 20.02.2025. 5. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for their regular bail in said Langting P.S. Case No. 01/2025 on or before 02.04.2025. 6. Till then, i.e., 02.04.2025, the petitioners shall remain on interim pre-arrest bail granted to them earlier on 14.02.2025. 7. Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of.
