This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "1. Issue a suitable order or direction, directing the Principal Family Judge, Allahabad to decide the Matrimonial Suit No. 1721 of 2023 (Pranjal Kesarwani Vs. Yashi Kesarwani and Another), within stipulated period or within time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Petitioner before this Court has filed a suit under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking divorce from the respondent, which is pending consideration before Principal Judge, Family Court, Prayagraj. 3. Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act provides for time frame for disposal of matrimonial disputes and, as such, no separate directions are required by this Court. The Court below to comply the provisions of Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act. 4. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
