SREENIVASA REDDY Writ Petition No.3274 of 2024 Order : This Writ Petition has been filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.l to 3 in not paying the bills dated 24.02.2023 and 15.04.2023 for an amount of Rs.3,39,47,430/- and Rs. 1,54,54,967/- respectively to the petitioner in relation to the work for widening and strengthening of Mydukur - Taticherla road (SH 054) from two lane to four lane in Porumamilla Town limits from KM 41/3 to 46/0 in YSR Kadapa district, even after approval of the bills, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct respondent Nos.l to 4 to pay the said amounts to the petitioner with interest at 12% p.a. from the date of approval till the date of payment. 2. Today, when the matter came up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to filing of the present Writ Petition, the respondents paid the entire bills amount of Rs.4,94,02,397/- (Rupees four crores ninety four lakhs two thousand three hundred and ninety seven only) to the writ petitioner, therefore no orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 2 As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous pending in this Writ Petition, shall petitions, if any, stand closed.
