JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: A. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents no.1 & 2 University to consider the Petitioner representations dated 16/07/2025 vide Annexure-G and G1 for revaluation and award the marks. b. Issue such other writ order or direction may be found necessary and deemed fit in the interest of justice. 2. By way of the aforesaid representations dated 16.07.2025 at Annexures G and G1, the petitioner has sought a reference of her pathological answer script to a third evaluator for a challenge evaluation, in terms of Annexures G and G1. The same not having been done, the petitioner is before this Court seeking for the aforesaid reliefs. 3. The same not having been done and the next exam being scheduled from 21.08.2025, it being a time-sensitive matter, I pass the following: ORDER i) The writ petition is allowed. ii) A mandamus is issued directing respondents No.1 and 2 to consider the representations dated 16.07.2025 at Annexure-G and G1 within a period of one week from today i.e., on or before 11.08.2025. iii) Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is directed to communicate the above order to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 immediately so that they can take necessary action without awaiting a certified copy of this order.
