The first bail application of the applicant Khem Singh @ Kaalu was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 5559 of 2025 (Khem Singh Alias Kaalu vs. State of U.P.). 3. This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant- Khem Singh @ Kaalu, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 584 of 2024, under sections 80, 85 of B.N.S. 2023 and section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sadabad, District Hathras. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial in the matter has concluded and as such the present bail application has become infructuous. 5. As prayed, the present bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
