Mr. Rakesh Kumar Tripathi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, orders dated 3rd April, 2019 and 17th May, 2023 were respectively made by respondent nos.4 and 3 in favour of his client. Dispute was regarding a license, between his client and one Dinesh Yadav, petitioner's brother. He seeks issuance of mandamus for said orders being complied with and issuance of the license. 2. Mr. Gireesh Chandra Tiwari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. 3. It appears from aforesaid orders, petitioner's brother (Dinesh Yadav) had his say before concerned respondent authority. Petitioner is before us seeking compliance of said orders. 4. Functionaries of State decided on the dispute making certain directions. Those directions are to be complied with. In directing for compliance we do not think necessary to add the other party (Dinesh Yadav) and hear him because, he was heard by the concerned authorities. It is a matter of compliance by them. 5. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order to respondent no.4 alongwith print out of his online application. Within two weeks of the communication there must be action taken on the application. This direction also requires said respondent to take action on online application, if put in by the other party (Dinesh Yadav). 6. The writ petition is disposed of.
