Hassan aged about 4 years at the premises of the respondent No. 4 & 5 or at any other place to be pointed out by the petitioner at the spot, and get the detenue released from the illegal custody of the respondent No.4 & 5 forthwith. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Prayer is accepted. Dismissed as withdrawn.
