1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant the concession of interim bail to him for a period of two weeks i.e. 09.06.2025 to 22.06.2025 to attend the marriage of his younger sister, which is scheduled to be held on 15.06.2025 in case FIR No.360 dated 01.05.2024 registered under Section 302 of IPC, at Police Station Hisar Sadar, Hisar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely involved in the present case. As per learned counsel, the marriage of Priyanka, real sister of the petitioner is scheduled to be held on 15.06.2025 at Village Kulan, Tehsil Tohana, District Fatehabad and being a real brother, he has to perform various ceremonies in the wedding.
3. On the other hand, learned State counsel also submits that the facts have been verified by the police and it has been found that the marriage of Priyanka, real sister of the petitioner is fixed on 15.06.2025. HEMLATA 2025.05.29 04:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

4. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail for a period of four days, subject to his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate/Chief Judicial Magistrate, concerned.
6. The petitioner shall be released at 10.00 a.m. on 13.06.2025 and he shall surrender before the jail authority at 05:00 p.m. on 16.06.2025.
7. The concerned Court shall also be at liberty to impose any other conditions, as it deems fit in the peculiar facts and circumstances of case.
