Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.10693 of 2025, dated 15.04.2025, is modified to the effect that “ the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every 2nd and 4th week of every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
