Present civil revision has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with Section 151 CPC for setting aside the impugned order dated 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sonipat, whereby the Tribunal has passed ex- parte order for the auction of the property in question. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to seek alternative remedy in accordance with law. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not opined on the maintainability or otherwise on the merits of any such remedy which the petitioner proposes to initiate and in case any such remedy is undertaken, the same would be considered by the concerned Court independently, in accordance with law.
