Mr.Jaideep Tripathi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client was unfortunate to loose her son, aged about 20 years. He used to work in the field. Claim for compensation under the scheme, 'Mukhya Mantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna' is likely to be rejected on adverse recommendation dated 2nd May, 2025, submitted by respondent no.4 (the Tehsildar). 2. He submits, there is mention of 'pataidar' in circular dated 28th February, 2020. The father submitted affidavit dated 19th December, 2024 saying her son used to assist in the field. 3. Mr.Atul Khaneja, learned advocate, State Law Officer appears on behalf of State. 4. Petitioner will make representation to respondent no.2 enclosing certified copy of this order and relevant documents. Said respondent, while considering the report, will also consider petitioner's representation and decide on the claim. Decision, taken, be informed to her within four weeks of the communication. 5.
