The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned endorsement dated 26.11.2024 in notification no.2024-25 issued by the respondent no.1 as per Annexure-G. b. A writ of mandamus the respondent No.1 to re evaluate the commercial bid in accordance - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:12682 WP No. 100791 of 2025 with law to select the lowest bidder in terms of the tender conditions No.9. c. To grant such other order or relief to which the petitioner may be found entitled to under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the petition has rendered infructuous. Memo reads as under: “The undersigned advocate for the petitioner respectfully submits that the petitioner filed the above petition being aggrieved by the endorsement dated 26.11.2024. Since the Tender proceedings in pursuance of the endorsement dated 26.11.2024, have been already finalized and completed for the financial year 2024-2025, the above petition becomes infructuous. Hence this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to take the memo on record and permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition having become infructuous, in the interest of justice.” 3.
