The application is filed for modification of the order dated 23.10.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 69851 of 2024 whereby this Court has been pleased to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 86 of 2024. 3. For the reasons noted in the modification application to the extent that the petitioners had been working as laborers for livelihood in Mumbai and they could not be contacted despite the best efforts made by the family members and the Advocate on record, leading to non-submission of the bail bond in time, the application stands allowed.
