The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, a CSR was issued. Thereafter the second respondent police conducted an enquiry and subsequently closed the CSR. 4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
