The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 353/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 64(2)(M), 115(2), 126(2), 351(3), 89 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. On 13.09.2020, the petitioner is alleged to have drugged the prosecutrix and raped her. 4. The present case has been filed after four years from the date of occurrence. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the fact that there is inordinate delay of four years in filing of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Giridih (M) P.S.
