Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.83 dated 17.04.2025, under Sections 331(6), 115(2), 118(1), 190, 191(3) of BNS, registered at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa. It is further prayed that arrest of the petitioner be stayed. 2. Vide order dated 22.05.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 22.05.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such her interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is no more required for further investigation. 5. In view of the above, interim order dated 22.05.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS. 6. Petition stands allowed.
