During the course of arguments, learned counsel for petitioner states that he does not press the present petition qua challenging the order dated 23.01.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panchkula in CRA/77/2018 dated 09.03.2018, whereby the well reasoned order dated 14.02.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Panchkula in Complaint No. COMA/97/2017 dated 28.09.2017 denying interim maintenance has been set aside as the main case has been disposed of by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panchkula vide judgment dated 06.03.2024 (Annexure P-4). 2. It is pointed out that execution application is pending before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panchkula in which present petitioner is being directed to make payment of interim relief granted vide order dated 23.01.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panchkula (Annexure P-3). In fact, regarding this execution application, petitioner has already filed objections (Annexure P-6) which are pending till date and SUNIL DEVI 2025.08.20 10:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-29099-2025 -2- the same has not been disposed of. The next date fixed before the Executing Court is 29.08.2025. It is submitted that the Executing Court may be directed to dispose of the said objections expeditiously. 3. In view of the aforesaid factual position, present petition is disposed of with limited direction to the Executing Court to dispose of the objections filed by petitioner (Annexure P-6) within a span of one month from today. 4. Petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 5. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly as well.
