This writ petition has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 15.09.2021 passed by the District Magistrate, Muzaffar Nagar in Case No.2421 of 2021 (Computerized Case No.D202109550002421) (State Vs. Paras), under Sections 3/4 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970, P.S. Kotwali City, District Muzaffar Nagar and order dated 20.12.2021 passed by the Commissioner, Saharanpur Division, Saharanpur in Appeal No.1736 of 2021 (Paras Vs. State of U.P.). 2. The main order has been passed under Section 3/4 of UP Control of Goondas Act, which is effective only for six months. The period of externment got over on 14.03.2022, hence, with efflux of time the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
