No.2148 of 2025 3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2025 is received and it is pending for enquiry before the second respondent police. 4. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record. 5. In view of the submission made by both the parties, the respondent police is directed to issue summons to the petitioner as well as the rival parties mentioned supra under Section 64 of BNSS and thereafter conclude the enquiry within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if the petitioner's plight is found genuine, further directed to afford necessary police protection as required. 6.
