The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 04.12.2014 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 52588 of 2014. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and has handed over a copy of the same which is taken on record. On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that on the complaint of the applicant, FIR No. 0139 has been registered on 26.07.2024. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
