The present petition has been filed challenging the enhancement of charges of publicity by the Nagar Palika Parishad, Nazibabad, Bijnor of the hoardings, unipal and cantilever. We do not find any arbitrariness and illegality in the enhancement and there is also no jurisdictional error in the act of the Nagar Palika Parishad in enhancing the rent. Apart from the aforesaid, it has been stated by Sri Gautam Dubey, Advocate representing the Nagar Palika Parishad that after the petitioners failed to pay the enhanced charges, the contract has been awarded to other dealers who are paying the enhanced rent. The other private dealers have not been impleaded in the writ petition. For both the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition lacks merit and is, hereby, dismissed.
