Learned Advocate General submits that benefits as will be available to the petitioner, in terms of the judgment of the 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:18721 Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Surajmani’s case, will be released to him in due course. 3. Let needful be done, within a period of three months. With these observations, these proceedings are closed, but with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival thereof, by filing an appropriate application, if needful is not done within a period of three months from today and Registry shall not insist upon the application being accompanied by the affidavit of the petitioner.
