Sarita Devi And 5 Others Respondent :- Motor Accident Claim Tribunal And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Abhishek Kumar Jaiswal Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "A. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Allahabad to decide Claim Petition No. 223 of 2017 (Smt. Sarita Devi and others Versus Satish Kumar Sharma and another), expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, otherwise the petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that Motor Accident Claims Petition is pending consideration since 2017 before Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Allahabad. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merits.
