Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 110 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 458, 354, 427, 34 of the Indian Peanl Code, pending in the Court of Ms. Sushila Soren, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. On 24.09.2023 at about 12.30 am, the petitioner along with co- accused persons entered into the house of the informant and damaged air- conditioner and other household articles. It is further alleged that the accused persons also misbehaved with the daughter-in-law of the informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than ten months. It was further submitted that similarly placed co-accused Manpreet Singh has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 352 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Sushila Soren, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur, or her successor, in connection with Golmuri P.S.
