The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to produce the corpus Priyanka Kumari (petitioner no. 1) at the date fixed by this Hon'ble Court and set her free at liberty, and/or to pass such other and further order. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press the present petition. However, he seeks liberty to move appropriate application before the CJM concerned for monitoring of the investigation and for recovery of the victim. With the aforesaid direction, the Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
