Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner, namely, Shidul Ali @ Sahidul Ali, son of Saman Ali, resident of village-Dipta, District-Nalbari, Assam has filed this pre-arrest bail application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail Page No.# 2/2 in Barama P.S. Case No. 06/2025, corresponding to G.R. No. 30/2025, registered under Sections 316(5)/318(3) of BNS, 2023, read with Section 66(c) of the IT Act. 3. Mr. Choudhury, learned counsel submitted that this pre-arrest bail application has become infructuous, as in the meanwhile, the petitioner has already been arrested in said Barama P.S. Case No. 06/2025 and as such, he is not pressing this pre-arrest bail application. 4. Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail application being infructuous, stands dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
