JUSTICE PUNEET GUPTA, JUDGE O R D E R 12.02.2025 Impugned in this intra-court appeal filed by the appellants is an interim order dated 15th January 2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court (Writ Court) in CM (M) No. 17/2025, whereby the learned Single Judge has directed the parties to maintain status quo with regard to the subject matter of dispute. From bare perusal of the order impugned in this appeal, it clearly transpires that the order impugned is subject to vacation/modification upon consideration of objections/arguments of the appellants herein and is effective only till the next date. The next date in the appeal has been fixed on 19th February 2025. In view of the aforesaid position, when the interim order is yet to be finalized and is subject to the vacation/modification on objections by the appellants, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal and interfere with the order. Let the appellants file their objections to the application for interim stay by or before 19th February 2025. The appeal is therefore not maintainable and is dismissed, as such. We, however, request the learned Writ Court to consider the application for interim stay filed by the respondent provided the appellants herein files objections by the next date fixed before the learned Single Bench.
