Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge
ORDER 02.05.2025
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the parties have entered into amicable settlement. However, nobody is appearing on behalf of the appellants to either confirm or refute the said statement of
learned counsel for the respondents.
On last date of hearing also, nobody was present on behalf of the appellant. It seems that because of the compromise that may have been arrived at between the parties, the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. The appeal is, accordingly dismissed for non- prosecution.
