The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a writ of mandamus directing respondent no. 3 to furnish reply to the RTI application dated 18.04.2025. 2. Under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, in case, RTI application is not decided within thirty days of the filing of application, an appeal lies before the Appellate Authority. 3. Consequently, we leave it open to the petitioner to avail the said remedy, if he is aggrieved by non furnishing of the reply to his RTI application. 4. The petition stands disposed of. 5.
