Issue Writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to consider representation dated. 04/02/2025 i.e., ANNEXURE-B for the release of seized rice; & b. Issue any such other writ, direction or order as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of this case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation dated 04.02.2025 at Annexure-B for release of the seized rice has not been considered by the respondents.
