The order dated 27.03.2025 passed by the respondent no.3/S.D.M., Tehsil-Sadar, District-Rampur is under challenge in the present writ petition. By the aforesaid order a direction was given by him to reconsider the matter for appointment of the fair price shop dealer in order to fill-up the vacant shop. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that earlier name of the petitioner was selected by the Block Development Officer vide its letter dated 04.02.2025 written by him to the S.D.M., Tehsil-Sadar, District-Rampur. Pursuant to the aforesaid order impugned order has been passed by the respondent no.3 directing the Block Development Officer to fill the post of vacant fair price shop in accordance with law after obtaining a fresh proposal by the Gram Sabha. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. From perusal of the record it is clear that vide order dated 27.03.2025 only direction was given by the respondent no.3 to fill- up the vacant post of fair price shop dealer in accordance with the government orders issued from time to time. The petitioner was given full opportunity to participate in the same. Nothing has been stated in the entire writ petition nor any arguement has been advanced by the counsel for the petitioner that what prejudice has been caused to the petitioner. 5.
