Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B.K. Sen, learned counsel for the respondent UCO Bank authorities. Mr. Sen, learned counsel for the respondent UCO Bank authorities has handed over a Communication dated 13.07.2024 received from the Circle Inspector of Police, Khammam Rural, Khammam, by the respondent Bank, which contained a request to debit freeze the account maintained by the petitioner in the respondent no. 4 Bank. The Communication dated 13.07.2024 had been purportedly made under the provisions of Section 91 and Section 102 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. As a copy of the said Communication dated 13.07.2024 has been handed over to Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner today, Mr. Das has submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file afresh with necessary modifications. In view of the above submission made by Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed on withdrawal, with the liberty to file afresh. A copy of the Communication dated 13.07.2024 placed by Mr. Sen is to be kept with the case records. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
