Sl.No. 1 Court No. 35 G.S.Das 11.03.2025 WPA 1251 of 2025 With CAN 1 of 2025 Rajat Sinha Roy -Vs- The State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Sabyasachi Chatterjee Mr. Surajit Basu … for the Petitioner(s) Mr. Suman Ghosh Mr. Mansoor Alam … for the State-respondent(s) Re Report submitted by the learned Registrar (Judicial Service), High Court, Calcutta be kept with the record. The said report, which encloses an enquiry conducted by the Learned District Judge, North 24 Parganas along with the photostat copy of the orders, states that the orders dated 02.02.2021, 03.02.2021 and 18.02.2021 are the order- sheets which have been found in the original case records. In view of the anxiety expressed by the petitioner, I am of the view that the report of the learned District Judge, North 24 Parganas sets at rest regarding the disputes so expressed. The petitioner by taking out an application has also expressed his reservation regarding some of the orders and the documents connected with Bidhannagar North P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019. So far as the same are concerned, the petitioner would be at liberty to take out an appropriate application before the learned jurisdictional court by invoking the statutory provisions of law. The petitioner in respect of the other prayers advanced in the writ petition will be at liberty to exhaust his remedies available under the law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1251 of 2025 along with CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. A copy of the report of the learned District Judge, North 24 Parganas along with the enclosures be handed over to both the learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the State. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
