The petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the respondent for declaring him medically unfit without assigning any reason. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the first medical examination the petitioner was declared medically unfit on account of colour blindness but when second medical test was held he was declared unfit but without assigning any reason. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the authority with an application to communicate the reason for declaring him medically unfit. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to approach the competent respondent authority filing an application/representation regarding his grievance within two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order and if he does so, the competent respondent authority shall communicate him in writing the reason for declaring him medically unfit within a further period of two weeks.
