Narendar C. J.) Learned DAG would submit that the case of the petitioner has been forwarded to the Committee for consideration and recommendation, as constituted under the Uttarakhand Jail Manual. 2. In that view, the petition, in our considered view, is premature. Writ petition is disposed of with 2025:UHC:3818-DB 2 liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after decision of the committee.
