The petitioners have prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents no.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on basis of the application of the petitioners dated 09.05.2025. 2. In the said application, the petitioners have alleged that despite a demolition order having been passed by the Prescribed Authority, Regulated Area, Magahar, Khalilabad, Sant Kabir Nagar on 19.04.2025 in Case No.28 of 2024, the order has not been implemented. 3. The order of demolition dated 19.04.2025 is an appealable order and, since, the same has been passed only recently on 19.04.2025 and the affected person has right to file appeal against the same, therefore, at this stage, we decline to issue any direction. 4.
