JUSTICE S G PANDIT) The petitioner is before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 20.11.2025 passed in Application No.11214/2025 by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Belagavi1, whereunder, emergent notice is ordered to the respondents. 2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that interim prayer sought by the petitioner is not considered by the Tribunal. 1 For short, ‘Tribunal’ - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:17266-DB WP No. 109254 of 2025 3. Learned counsel Sri. Hemanthkumar L Havaragi for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is working as SDA at Dharwad Central Library, is transferred to Gadag Central Library. It is his submission that in the middle of the academic year, the petitioner is transferred, as such, the Tribunal ought to have considered the interim prayer of the petitioner and ought to have stayed her transfer order. 4. Learned Prl. Government Advocate Sri. G.K. Hiregoudar, who has taken notice for the respondents No.1 to 3, would submit that the interim prayer of the petitioner is not rejected and the matter is posted to 17.12.2025 for consideration. Thus, he prays for dismissal of the writ petition. 5. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the entire writ petition papers, we are not inclined to interfere with the order dated 20.11.2025 in Application No.11214/2025. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:17266-DB WP No. 109254 of 2025 6. On perusal of the impugned order dated 20.11.2025, it is seen that the Tribunal has issued emergent notice to the respondents and also directed the learned AGA to take notice for respondents No.1 to 3. The interim prayer of the petitioner is not yet considered and no order is passed thereon. The matter is directed to be listed on 17.12.2025. On the said date, if the petitioner requests the Tribunal to pass orders on her interim prayer, we are sure that the Tribunal would consider the same and pass appropriate orders. 7.
