The only relief sought for by the petitioner is for the direction to the respondent to issue the permit after finalisation of the timings, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. 4. Having regard to the limited nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the respondent to finalise the timings in respect of the regular permit issued to the petitioner in terms of Ext.P1, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, in accordance with the law and after hearing all affected parties.
