By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs:- 10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to take necessary action against the respondent no. 05 and take appropriate action to remove illegal encroachment from the government land which is reserved for public use. 10.2. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 04 to consider and take appropriate action on the representation (Annexure P1) filed by the petitioner. 10.3. That, any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent No.5 have encroached over government land and the concerned revenue authorities, who are responsible to remove the encroachment, are not taking any action despite representation submitted by the petitioner. 3. Considering the nature of dispute, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.1, 2 and 3 to enquire the matter and if the respondents No. 5 or any other person is found to have encroached government land, appropriate proceedings be initiated for removal of encroachment. 4.
