The instant application has been filed seeking the prayers as follows: “ allow the applicants to file the accompanying writ appeal with the digitally signed copy of the order dated 04.01.2024 passed in WP(C)No.870 of 2024 and connected matters by allowing to file the certified copy as soon as the same is available” The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing the instant application.
