By this petition, petitioner firm is seeking a direction upon respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to issue ‘consent to operate’ the brick kiln in its favour, with a further direction to respondent No. 4 to renew the license of the petitioner brick kiln. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had filed an application online for issuance of ‘consent to operate’ the brick kiln on 22.02.2023, however the same has not been considered till date. He further states that the petitioner would be satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to consider the application of the petitioner for issuance of consent to operate the brick kiln within a reasonable period of time. 3. Mr. Mohsin Qadri, learned Senior Additional Advocate General, is not averse to the preposition made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.05.2023 within a period of one month from the date of passing of this order, if not already decided. 5.
