Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. 2. We have gone through the representation dated 13.5.2025 by the petitioner to Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffar Nagar. Therein the petitioner has stated that he has won certain case from the civil court and two second appeals are pending before this Court and therein a stay order is in operation. It is alleged that the petitioner was putting linter for constructing his house but the police at the instigation of certain persons, who are stated to be 'opposite parties', did not permit the petitioner to make constructions. In the present petition, no private persons have been impleaded although the dispute appears to be with them. 3. We, therefore, are of the considered opinion that no purpose would be served in directing the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffar Nagar to decide the representation. We leave it open to the petitioner to seek appropriate reliefs in the pending second appeals or by such other mode, as may be advised. 4.
