By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to pay the second and third Annual Carrier Promotion pay scale after completing the 24 and 26 yeras of regular services of the petitioner; II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to consider the grievances of the petitioner as contended his last representation dated 08.04.2025." 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent respondent authority to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 08.04.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
