There is not an iota of allegation of substance for this Court to entertain this contempt petition on the asking of the petitioners who came to seek protection order from this Court in terms of an order dated 23-01-2025 passed in WP (C) No. 125/2025 which was filed in the wake of solemnization of marriage by the petitioners reportedly against the wishes and approval of their respective families. 2. The petitioners have not arrayed the persons who alleged to be bent upon to disturb the marital cohabitation and company of the petitioners for which the protection cover mandated by this Court was to come operative at the hands of the law enforcement authorities/agencies, as such, the contempt is dismissed. 3. Dismissal of this contempt petition will not come in the way of the petitioners to approach this Court again bearing better particulars and naming of the individuals who are alleged to be adversely acting against the petitioners as party-respondents in the contempt petition.
