Present petition has been filed challenging the notices dated 22.04.2025 and 03.02.2025 issued by the Pariyojana Adhikari, District Urban Development Agency (DUDA), Jaunpur. 3. A perusal of the notice dated 22.04.2025 shows that there is a complaint against the petitioner regarding disbursal of the amount fixed under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana which the petitioner allegedly obtained by misusing her position as a ward member, even though, the petitioner has her own independent residence. A perusal of the notice dated 22.04.2025 also shows that the enquiry instituted through the notice dated 22.04.2025 is still continuing. Certain documents and reply have been sought from the petitioner for the enquiry. 4. In view of the aforesaid, we do not consider it a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
